CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In the event, you wish to cancel the policy, you can approach the insurance company through email, call or in person and make a request. Based on your eligibility, you may be entitled to refund of the premium as per the process followed by the insurance company and subject to applicable IRDAI regulations. Please note that ET Money(BTSL) is merely an intermediary and will not be responsible in any manner in connection with the refund of premium. Although we may assist you in the process, in such cases, you will be required to communicate with them directly.

In case of a refund due to an erroneous transaction, the premium paid for an insurance product will be refunded by the Insurance Company as per their respective refund policies.
